Bad bouncing

Took my kids to Fourways Branch for a combined session. During clip and climb one attendant complained that the bounce socks my daughter had were not the correctly bounce branded ones. I made no scene or argument at this time. I went to ask at the counter before her jump session to find out that the attendant had gone and tipped the front desk person and had actually followed me there and was hiding behind a pillar listening!!!! Wow !! Such awful behavior for a supposedly fun place. I paid more no argument to get more socks that don’t fit as well as the proper grip ones she had. It should be safety first and a better attitude. Disappointing and unnecessary
