Bad Attitude

Bounce in Midrand. Nice concept, absolutely rude staff and the most disorganized tuck shop ever. After trying to buy my kids something to drink after their session and waiting 30 minutes in a cue, with only two people in front of us!!! Ridiculous !!!<br> My kids opened and started drinking their bottled water.<br> <br> When getting to the front to be told, only cash!!! They have card machines and I saw people paying with cards but our lady Poppy ( very rude lady ), said we need to pay cash, I told her we did not have cash , so she turns around and says \ after you drank my Water\" sarcastically .<br> <br> Well Bounce and Poppy, you should advise your clients accordingly, put up signs and work on your attitudes. You are not doing us any favors, clients pay your salaries. Disgusted by the attitude.<br> Bounce accepts cards online, you have to book online, everything is pretty hi tech but you can't pay for snacks and drinks with a card and then you get this rude attitude from staff. Ridiculous !!!!"
