Boulder Bay Ballito Humiliation

I made a booking rhrough RCI for a, seemable, relaxing weekend. Arriving at Boulder Bay the security guard told me I can not enter, as my unit was occupied by someonde else. After 30 minutes, waiting we eventually got hold of the manager. She told me she couldnt do.anything about it and it was RCI's mistake. I later found out that RCI DID make.the booking and that Boulder Bay double booked the unit. The end of the story was that RCI placed me at another place in Undloti at 09:00 that evening. We had to drive rhrough.

The mamager of BB did nor even try to help, to such an extent.that we stood outside Boulder Bay for almost rhree hours. Not knowing what was going on. She mad no effort to even drive there, trying to.sort out the problem.

Boulder Bay, your hospitality, manners, guest service is the lowest of low, and for the discomfort, worries and blatant humiliation it caused me and my wife, I am not at the end of my letters.
