Worst developer ever!!

<p>It's taken me a while to write this, but I simply have to warn you as a potenital buyer from this construction company to not waste your money. They are seriously useless, from the time the building started I had countless issues, even though you sit with them face-to-face discussing finishes, electrical points etc. they still got it all wrong. I have a guest toilet that is not even in the middle of the tiny space it is in, meaning if you are tall you cannot use the toilet as the basin is in the way.</p> <p> </p> <p>They never bothered to fasten the ceilings to the trussers properly so we have ceilings falling down, they use pathetic grouting meaning the house is leaking through the upstairs balcony, how is this for a joke the drip trays, they had a pipe going where the tray needed to be so they cut a hole in the tray to allow the pipe through, so of course the drip tray is now pointless. Paintwork is pathetic, tiles coming off the kitchen and bathroom walls, cracks in the staircase in nearly EVERY single unit they built, electrics are *******, I could go on for hours, the cheapest most shoddy worksmanship you will ever see on the market.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also to add every time you email them to repair something that should be under NHBRC guarantee their response is simply "Oh thats wear and tear" and therefore we do not cover this, or "Oh you are the second owner" so we cannot help.</p> <p> </p> <p>The lady you will deal with is plain right rude, unhelpful and I highly recommend you stay FAR away from ANY of their houses.</p>
