Disgusted Service by Bougainvillea B&B Durban

I am extremely disgusted by the attitude of Yvonne from Bougainvillea B&B at 7 Gwarri Road,Glen Anil Durban,I booked in at their place an tried to cancel due to covid from April 2019 an they refusing to cancel an refund me.Everytime I have to accommodate them an postpone my holiday dates to new ones which I dont want.I am pleading with them to cancel an refund but they rude,cut me off when I call them,they dont respond to emails on time or calls.Yvonne is one of the worst people u can deal with no empathy,no feelings.Please dont book at this place they will give u the run around.Its been a while now an my patience running thin.
