Not taking responsibility

My mother lives at the frailcare facility at this retirement village since April 2015 and it is the second time that her clothing, perfume and other items had been ****** in excess of R14 000.<br> <br> Although I have raised this with Sister Schoeman and previously with Kobus, they make all sorts of excuses and don't take responsibility. Surely they can't expect my mother to carry all the risks! It is a very expensive facility and therefore better security is expected (apparently has now been improved).<br> <br> I want the facility to reimburse my mother for at least the money of the second theft. I feel that it is a disgrace that advantage of frail old people is taken by them and my mother cannot fend for herself because she has Alzheimer's and she is at their mercy!<br> <br> I want the facility to respond to me on Hellopeter.
