Bad Product & Bad Service

We have never really felt the need to spend money on items you can find for less elsewhere but as we live in Parkhurst we thought to support local for a change.

We bought a ****** for almost R500 as we liked the design. Unlike the R60 one from clicks we have had for 5 years. Unfortunately when it was filled it water we noticed it was leaking severally and emptied it. We found that the rubber ring that was meant to act as a seal to keep the water in was chipped and faulty.

We made the purchase late November and returned it early December only due to our intense work schedule.

We have received two email saying the supplier will determine whether it was a defective item or??Since then have send several follow ups that went completely ignored.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience and that a new product that is made from rubber and has a whole piece missing from it could be possibly the customers problem.

I cant say that I recommend this company or their product as the client definitely doesn't get looked after and for less you can get this service or better elsewhere.
