Juan Boucher, Bouch Clothing. DO NOT SUPPORT

One of my family members bought a pair of vellies from Bouch Clothing and the sole has started to tear a while ago. When she bought it, the owner and founder, Juan Boucher, told her (in person) that he would personally come and fix it. We are still waiting for this promise to be fulfilled. Further to this, my sister won one of their online competitions a month ago. She has made several appointments with Juan Boucher, so that he can give her the winning prize. Everytime, he cancelled the appointment on the last minute. The last appointment, he cancelled again and his father in law delivered the winning prize. It's absolutely disgusting how the owner and founder, and artist treats his fans.
