Worst customer service
Don't respond to emails and can rarely get through on the phone. I placed an order and pleaded with them for expedited delivery but it's been over a week and I still haven't heard a thing. When I eventually got through yesterday the lady promised she'd look into it and phone me back by close of business... Nothing. Pathetic customer service. Do not order from them!

03 Nov 2020, 15:29Thanks for the update. I can't say that I'm surprised about the business rescue!! They really were pathetic. Subsequent to my complaint above I cancelled my order. Even after accepting the cancellation they still tried to dispatch and deliver!! It was ridiculous! Anyway, after a very frustrating month of emails over and back I eventually got refunded in January this year.
