WHERE IS MY MONEY?

I have never received such terrible service as I have from Bottleshop.co.za. I placed an order for over R5000 then cancelled it immediately as it would take too long to deliver. That was five weeks ago and they have STILL NOT reversed the payment. I have been in contact with Bronwyn Hector, their Customer Service Team Leader and she keeps telling me she will escalate it and get back to me. And still I wait. Worse customers service than Eskom!
