Very poor service from Bottleshop

Please avoid buying from the "Bottleshop" company, their service is terrible. Have been waiting almost 2 months for my order to be fully completed. Every time i phone to make inquiries it is a different customer service person to deal with and every time the same reply - "I will look into it and get back to you within half an hour" What a terrible disappointment and let down
