Used to be so good.

I had bought from Bottleshop.co.za before with no difficulty but this time has been a totally different experience. My order was placed on Monday 11th December and they notified me it had been fulfilled on the 12th. Normally they dispatch promptly but this time it didn't happen. I've phoned and been given a lot of excuses about deliveries gone to incorrect addresses - they first promised Friday delivery, then before 1700 today but the order has still not been dispatched and i'm beginning to doubt it ever will be. Now when i call they hang up.
