Terrible experience

Last year October I placed a large order with The bottle shop. A couple of months later after many phone calls I received about half my order. After many more phone calls and insisting on a full refund I received another parcel but still not the full order. They said they will refund me for the outstanding goods which is over a thousand Rands worth. Still nothing and can't get hold of them by phone. Every time I email a query they ask for my banking details to refund me but I never receive anything. This is now almost a year later. Very disappointed with the Bottle shop and it's service.
