Steer clear of these online ********

When ordering items from their online store - they show that stock is available (when it actually is not). After emailing them and querying the status of your delivery (after a week of waiting for delivery), you get told that they are "out of stock" and "trying to sort it out with their supplier". Upon asking when you should receive your stock and requesting a refund then all emails get ignored. Their customer service is putrid. I had to lodge a reversal from the bank in order to facilitate the refund process. It's best that you steer clear from them because they are evasive on the phone and blatantly ignore your emails.
