Stay away from Bottleshop.co.za

I have been waiting for 2 bottles of whisky for 6 months, I have called about 15 times and sent various emails. always some excuse why I have not been refunded and they never respond to any mails. 6 months later and I have still not received my refund. When I ask to speak to the owner there is always an excuse that the owner has left already, nice to be able to work to 1 pm. Stay away very poor service and since I have not been refunded a bunch of *******.
