Very poor customer service. No communication after placing my order. Had to ask multiple times for delivery date. After the delivery date was confirmed no delivery was made. I had to email them myltiple times again to enquire about my order without reply. This was 12 days after placing the order. I then requested them to deliver my order that day or provide me with an immediate refund. Its been a day and I havent received my order nor a refund. I highly discourage anyone to shop at bottleshop.co.za
