Pathetic

<p>Had absolute no communication from their side. Order was not delivered when said it will be. Had to contact them the whole time in order to find out what is going on. Received no feedback on mails sent. If I had not phoned them I would never have found out that the whole order could not be made as the invoice I received, with my incomplete order, still reflected my whole order. Still waiting for a refund as promised, again had to follow up from my side. Still had no response nor refund. Absolutely pathetic service and comunication. </p>
