Paid order not delivered and no communication or what so ever

Placed an order on the 27th of September 2017, paid the same day and emailed proof of payment to the email address provided on their ********** no communication or any feedback on the delivery and if they have received payment or not. I know they received payment because I have the deposit slip as I deposited inside the bank. I sent an email immediately coming back from the bank and I explained that I had used a wrong order number I used my name as I forgot to write down the order number. The only communication I got was a response saying the order status has changed to "Awaiting Fullfillment" I then responded back and asked what does that mean as I have forwarded the proof of payment. From the 27th to date the order has been waiting Fullfillment..... The promise of 24 hours to 48 hours deliver is not true and worse the party has happened which meant that I had to pop more money to buy booze as they did not deliver. From the 27th I have been sending emails on my private email address, work and their web page no response, not even an sms. I want a refund and I will never order from these people again. Worse their land line just ring if not engaged... nobody picks up even in the morning when they open at 9, what company is this?
