Not living up to advertising

I ordered and paid on 7th Oct. They say delivery within 3 - 4. No delivery as yet and wine was meant for function on 15 Oct. I got an email today to say that they are still awaiting delivery from supplier. Why dont you give an update to state that it will not be delivered within advertised time?
