No update, no delivery, no answer

The website indicates same day delivery in Cape Town, but four days after placing my order I have still not received the delivery. I have not received any update on my order, and have gotten no response from the website, emails, phonecalls or Facebook. After three days of phoning every few hours I finally managed to get through to them, and I demanded a refund, which they promised to make. I will update this review once I have received that refund, but I highly doubt that will happen.
