NO support if something goes wrong!
When something goes wrong with your delivery there is no way to resolve it as they have basically no support. I've been trying to resolve an issue with them for more than a month, without any success. Their phone number has not been working for weeks and the website has been offline for 4 days as well. I will have to reverse the transaction through Chargeback functionality MasterCard offers.

Bottleshop.co.za was placed in Business rescue earlier this year by its creditors.
The previous Managing Director has resigned and the business is under completely new management.
