NO STOCK BUT LISTED ON WEBSITE!

Incorrect Amarula gift box received with my wine order and the 12 pack of Rekorderlig is apparently unavailable! How can they advertise items on their website that they don't have in their warehouse or cannot source!!! All I am told for my inconvenience is that they will send their courier to collect the Amarula gift box and one they have received it I will only then get a refund for the items I never received!!!
