No Gift Wrapping, no contact

Good day,

I placed and order for two items on bottleshop.co.za where I asked that one item include gift wrapping and hand written card. After waiting around 4 working days(I asked for feedback via web chat and received no reply) for delivery I found that nothing was gift wrapped and no written note(after supplying them with one). I tried to contact them using the two numbers I could find +27 84 ********** and +27 (21) ********** however both just rings with no one answering it. I would like reason why it was not gift wrapped after I paid for this service and then I would like a refund of the amount.

This is my second time ordering with bottleshop and based on the lack of communication and lack of delivering on promised services I will most likely never use them again.
