NO DELIVERY OR UPDATE OF ORDER PLACED

Placed an order for a R8k bottle of whiskey on 3 July 2019.

It's now 12 August 2019 and I have not received the order and no updates or feedback is given.

This, after they showed the item as "In stock?

This is the third bad experience I've had with this company. Totally pathetic.
