No delivery, just runaround

A month ago I placed and paid for in excess of R1000 worth of wine and beer. I am still waiting for this order to be delivered to my house. A delivery was made to the wrong person and now I keep getting promises from the head of customer services that the problem will be sorted out and the days and weeks keep passing by with no delivery. So much for customer service
