No communication, no delivery

<p>AVOID! Product was ordered over a month ago, despite claiming same-day-delivery. Absolutely no updates have been received. My emails are ignored, and their phone line is either dead or permanently engaged. Shocking service - I've spent money with them, and now have absolutely no options at my disposal! AVOID</p>
