No communication

After placing an order on the 12th and receiving an confirmation email. Nothing else was communicated. I ordered two week in advance of a birthday and nothing has been delived.

I have emailed them asking for feedback - no reply I send them a message on their website - no response I have phone them 3 times only to be put on hold for 20 - 60 minutes without anyone answering. When phoning to cancel my order and explaining my headache the woman(Maryke) mocked me and transferred me to the infinite on hold line.
