Misrepresentation followed by no refund!

After verbally and electronically checking the vintage of wine offered for sale I purchased 2x cases of this. After hearing nothing post payment I was informed that the vintage on offer can't be supp**** but they can substitute with a much younger cultivar. I opted out and requested a refund and am still waiting without them responding to my inquiries about the refund. I should have checked this website before purchasing as the reviews probably would have convinced me not to do business with them.
