Horrible and Poor service

<p>We ordered alcohol for my 30th for this coming Saturday. we placed the order on the 16th March, paid on the 27th March. we had to call them a number of times for them to eventually send our Proof of payment to the right department (which was sent by us immediately - twice- after payment made. Today is the 4th April and we cant get through to their phones. our stuff still hasnt been delivered and theres no response to any of the emails we send. We spent a bit of money and now we dont even know how to claim that money back and cancel this order! Not impressed at all. Definitely will NOT recommend this service to anyone I know.</p>
