*****ulant, Poor Service and Bad Attitude

Placed an order on 04 Dec 2017. Paid in full. Delivery did not take place, have queried this several times with no response initially. Finally a delivery date was given but incorrect one. Order arrived on 21 Dec 2017 with a short delivery of 2 bottles of champagne for a value of R 1998.00. Have queried this several times, requested the refund, no response. Finally got hold of a very unfriendly Michelle. Still waiting for refund. Dreadful service, exceptionally poor and rude communication and ********** behaviour as they even confirmed the short delivery in writing. Stay away. Hope they are not going to survive in business.
