Extremely Poor Service - Missing half order since Sept 2017

We have been using bottleshop.co.za for the last 3 years, normally on small orders and they have been a good service. The previous order however has been an absolute nightmare. We ordered a large order for fundraising event on 26th September, when the order finally arrived, only half had been delivered. When querying bottleshop as to the missing order no-one answered the phone or emails for 5 days, they then eventually advised they could send different items as they didn't have what we ordered in stock, we requested when they could send it as the event was getting closer, i sent 4 emails and tried to call to get a potential date and eventually had to advise that the event was passing but still no word from bottleshop, eventually on 2nd November they said they would be processing a refund and we would hear from accounts soon. between 2nd november and 27th november still no word from bottleshop despite several communication attempts if it wasn't such a large amount owed by them I would give up.

I honestly would not trust this site, if they dont have in stock, you wont ever get your money back and judging from comment on various review sites, this seems to be a common theme.
