Excellent Speedy Service!

I had a query with regards to an order for my husbands birthday which needed to be sorted out urgently. I misread the delivery lead times on Bottleshop's website and thought it would be delivered in time. I immediately called customer service and spoke to a lovely lady called Caroline. She managed to sort my order out straight away. I got my order delivered a day ahead of Hubby's party which saved the day! What excellent service I received!
