Dreadful service
If you're thinking of ordering from Bottleshop.co.za, don't. I've been trying to contact these people since 14 January about a gift voucher I want to use. Each of my emails gets the same reply - your enquiry has been escalated. I'm not sure whether it goes anywhere or whether their policy with complaints is to wear you down. Anyway, avoid this company.

The previous Managing Director has resigned and the business is under completely new management.
