Dreadful service

I ordered a lot of stuff for an event - in time for their stipulated delivery window. Some of the items weren't delivered and I got no notification of this. What was delivered was haphazardly packed and drowning in polystyrene chips which I was appalled by - given the more eco-conscious alternatives available.

After the event, I asked for a refund on the undelivered items. No response. Chased up, no response. Rinse, repeat, rinse, repeat. Eventually I get a snotty message asking why I'm not at the delivery address to receive the remaining items. A full month after I ordered and three weeks after the first request for cancellation and refund. I finally got a response today and it was so dismissive and self-righteous.

Never again. I'm sad I gave them so much business.

Also, I'm pretty sure their employees have posted some of the good reviews on here...
