Do not use Bottleshop.co.za !!

I placed an order for a few bottles of wine on the 9th of September 2019. By the 17th of Sep I had not received any feedback regarding the order whatsoever. I have tried to reach them via e-mail and have tried the telephone number on their website several times with no luck of reaching anyone. It's almost as if they have disappeared, leaving customers with no recourse for recovery of money or whatever was ordered. This will be the last time I ever buy something from them.
