Do not order from bottleshop.co.za

I placed an order last week. They took payment immediately. I got a mail confirming that my order has been received. An update to say it's been packed. Another update to say its awaiting shipping and that's where we're stuck. Nothing more since last week. I have tried to call, no answer - ever! I have sent an online enquiry - no response. I have sent emails - no response. I don't expect to get a response from here - but I just want to put it out there that people must no order from bottleshop.co.za - they ***** your money - ITS A ****!
