Do business with The Bottle Shop at your peril

Apparently this is SA's biggest online liquor and wine shop. I can tell you that it is also SA's worst! None of my last 3 orders were fully delivered: Order 35860, a birthday gift to a client, not delivered at all. Order 35858, partially delivered, promised a refund, nothing forthcoming. Order 29921, placed 8 months (yes, 8 months) ago, partially delivered, promised a refund, nothing forthcoming. I will NEVER do business with this outfit again.
