Disgusting and dishonest non service from Bottelshop

I placed an order with Bottleshop on the 10th of December 2018. After two weeks of not receiving my order I contacted the Bottleshop as to the status of my order on numerous occasions, each time I was told they would check and get back to me which they never did. I subsequently contacted them and insisted on feedback, I received an email stating they were waiting for the product to arrive. Early February 2019 I contacted them again and was told their supplier had no stock, but their buyer would try another supplier. After another call I was told they cannot source the product and would refund me. This has also has not happened. When ever asked to speak to management I was told they were traveling, in a meeting or some other insipid excuse. I have emails from Bottleshop to substantiate the above. I have found the Bottleshop to be inefficient, unreliable, dishonest and absolutely no concern for the customer, they are happy to sit with your money and not deliver. My experience with the Bottleshop leads me to strongly advise customers to avoid their services. Of interest I see liquor orders on Takealot are fulfilled by Bottleshop. Be warned.
