Bottleshop.co.za - BUNCH OF ******

I made use of Bottleshop.co.za in 2016, and I was very pleased with the service and results. Expecting the same 3 years later, I placed another order 2 weeks ago - BIG MISTAKE.

After a week of placing an order, I noticed that there wasn't anything being done. As this was for a birthday gift, I had limited time to receive my order. Only after I contacted Bottleshop was I notified that the product I ordered was out of stock. When asked if I would like to replace the order with something else, I rep**** that I'd rather be refunded.

A few days go by - NOTHING HAPPENS. And when I tried to phone them, the call (conveniently) got cut off – a few times, I might add. A few more attempts at phone calls proved fruitless. Only once I started complaining on Facebook and Instagram (from which they blocked me, by the way) did I receive a notification that my order will be refunded. No attempts at an apology, explanation, NOTHING. Well, NOTHING'S HAPPENED YET. Still waiting for that refund.

I can say without a doubt this has been the most terrible, unprofessional service ever. Next time I'll rather take my money to another business like Takealot, Loot, Netflorist, etc.
