Bottleshop *****s from customers

BOTTLESHOP.CO.ZA STOLE MY MONEY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I placed an order in December 2018, and to date have not received my order (which they were not able to fulfill) or a refund, which they have promised me daily for 4 weeks already. This was for a R2000 bottle, and they refuse to honour my order or give me my money back. They are unreliable and the customer service is shocking. I will never purchase anything from them again, and will advise everyone I meet to never buy from them either. I am floored by this level of incompetency and unprofessionalism, from an online business, in this digital era.
