Bottleshop not delivering

I have placed an order on 18.12.18. There posting dates is 3 - 6 working days. So far every time I go and check my order still awaiting shipment and cannot find a shipment number. I tried to phone and phone just keep on being busy. At this staged I do not know what is happening with my order. According to me already we on 5 working days.
