Bottleshop is a ****

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered whisky 5 months ago which did not deliver in 4 months. I requested a refund a month ago and I'm still waiting for a refund. This company is a ****, do not do business with them.

I will be taking legal action against this company.
