Bottleshop ignoring complaint
Since my review of Bottleshop not refunding me for a purchase I have still not had any response from Bottleshop. This is very unacceptable.

Bottleshop.co.za was placed in Business rescue earlier this year by its creditors.
The previous Managing Director has resigned and the business is under completely new management.
I'm sorry for your loss. May I ask that you please contact us to lodge a claim?
