Bottle shop ae useless!!

I have tried to contact this company 4 times after my FIRST order and have not had a response. I ordered 3 bottles on the 27th of August and to date have not recieved my order! The order number is (#68839). Shocking that no one has responded to my order and even more so that three average bottles of whicky have not been delivered after nearly three weeks.
