Beware

We placed an order three weeks ago and there is still no dispatch action on our account at all. They did not waste a second taking our money, but now we can't get our order delivered. They often just don't pick up their phones, and when we finally get someone on the line it's one excuse after the other. They make promises, don't keep them, we spend a day trying to get hold of them and then another excuse+promise. We are not going to give these people our money again, they are behaving like *******.
