Bad service and false advertising

<p>My wife ordered a mixed case of wine for a party we were having in just over a weeks time, with the promise that it would be delivered within 24 hours (we're in Cape Town).</p> <p>A week after ordering, we had still not heard anything, nor received our order. My wife called and asked what was going on, in which case they said they'd deliver the next day. The next day we received only 1 of the bottles of wine we ordered! They said that they were still awaiting stock of the other bottles.</p> <p>I understand that there can be out of stock items, but at least tell your customers this and not have your customer call a week later to find out, especially when they punt 24 hour delivery across the website. The cherry on the top was that when my wife called to complain and cancel the rest of the order, they were totally unapologetic and didn't seem to care.</p> <p>After all this, we paid R65 for delivery, received 1 bottle of wine for it, and are still awaiting our refund a week later... a ******* and overall bad experience. </p> <p> </p>
