Bad service
I have placed an order on the 17th of December till today I haven't received my order yet and I have not received any communication from them regarding my order despite several emails that I have sent to them, they don't even answer their phones. I will never buy anything from them again.

The previous Managing Director has resigned and the business is under completely new management.
