Bad service

Good day. Ive place an order on the 12th of July and still haven't received my correct order. This is becoming ridiculous. 2 weeks has gone and 8 phonecalls later and I still dont have my correct order???? Every time someone promises me to phone back and they never do?

I would like my correct order before tomorrow please.

Why did you deliver the incorrect order in the first place?

No response on any of my emails as well???
