BAD SERVICE
Please beware this Company account is on hold by Vinimark due to the fact that they have not been able to renew their licence. They dont even try to set the record straight and keep taking online order from their Suppliers. I have waited for nearly 2 weeks now for my wine delivery. This is serious and we dont even get offered a refund. I am going to report this to the consumer council as well.

24 Jan 2019, 09:38After another phone call to this company and explaining to them that i had found out about their Distributor and that i am now aware of the fact that they are misleading me and not delivering on what they advertising they refunded me. Awaiting for it to show on my bank statement will confirm if they refund is in fact made.
