they don't even deserve a 1 star rating - no website working and phone also out of order!!! haven't received my order since it was placed 17Th December - still waiting with no response to my queries!

Dear Victoria,

Bottleshop.co.za was placed in Business rescue earlier this year by its creditors.

The previous Managing Director has resigned and the business is under completely new management.

May I ask that you please contact us to lodge a claim?
